Question re Loan Modification with HSBC

We have a Loan modification with HSBC they gave it to us for 6 months at a lower intrest rate of 4.24 percent.

It has really helped however are situation has not changed. I noticed that many of you are getting Loan Modifications much longer

Does anyone know how long they will extend them?

And is anyone currently with HSBC and if so do you have a loan modification with them and how long are they giving you.

If for some reason they do not extend it to us . Where can we go to possibly get a loan modifcation? Doesnt the Gov have a program?

Does anyone have any info on this... I really appreciate it.

I know with Wells, you make three one time payments then they add the remaining amout to the end of your mortgage, and your payment does usually go up a little, interest rate stays the same.
