Your overdrawn account has been closed and transferred to the Special Assets Recovery department for collection. This overdraft balance has been reported to Chexsystems and, depending on the balance, the Credit Bureaus. The full balance is immediately due and payable. You may pay directly with any Frost branch Lobby teller. Or you may mail payment in full to:

 

This is a response letter from an OC, after receiving my dispute letter.

 

Do I have to have this deleted from the CRA or Chexsystems or both to be deleted?

 

in other words, if chexsystems deletes, will the CRA?

They are all CRAs .. you can file disputes but there is no guarantee for removal. After 5 years Chexsystems will remove. It is 7 years for the others.
