Applied for Patelco Checking

I applied for a joint Patelco Checking Account with my mother (to help her straighten out her finances) this afternoon. I come in from work and I find this message in my email.

I was able to open a checking account in November with them and I have had no problems. My mother is a member with only a savings account. I have no idea if she has a chex record or not.

 

I am assuming this means a denial.

I wouldn't necessarily assume it is a denial. Patelco generally sends such an e-mail to let you know the application was received.

 

If you don't get an answer online by tomorrow, just give them a call on Monday.
