Need advice...repeat application

Hi Marv,

 

This was my original appy I submitted to you a couple of months ago---well my situation has gotten worse. I now have a judgement on my report (beware the laws of unintended consequences!!). I had to settle and am making payments (total bill is $1100.00--paying $100 per month---now do I have any chance of getting anyone to finance me for a car. I am so frustrated and disappointed. I am ready to just throw in the towel on this credit repair. Any advice would certainly be appreciated.

I just want to know how a judgement is going to affect my getting a loan. Do you think I will be turned down flat or will they ask for a cosigner. I am going to need a car soon, my car is on its last leg.

your best bet would be to actually apply when you are ready to get the loan/automobile.
