Need Fax or Address for EX BigWig

Will someone please PM me the fax, email or contact address at someone in EX? This CRA is rude. And my letters to the BBB, AGs and FTC haven't gotten them to delete even thought their results come after 60 days.

When I was uber-newbie, I read and read and read and read. I did searches for things that came up as I needed them. In one of the threads, the contact information has popped up and I copied and saved it to a file so whenever I or someone else would need it, I would pass it along or use it.

 

I was sick for a week from work, so I had a lot of reading to do.

from experience:

 

mrs desoto will forward anything to pat henderson, consumer services support manager. pat will then tell you to call the 800 dispute number (1-800-509-8495)...
