Anyone have luck removing Ford lates?

A friend just paid off His Ford, was wondering if Ford will remove lates.

 

He's got five, 30 day lates showing in His credit report.

 

Anyone have any luck dealing with Ford?

My friend disputed a late with Ford on a loan that was paid.

 

Ford deleted the entire TL.

I disputed a paid auto loan (that had a few lates) as never late w/ EXP & Ford updated the TL as paid/never late/closed. Good luck because others haven't gotten the same results.
