Hi All -

I am new to the forum so I wanted to say hello and thank everyone in advance for any advice you may provide. I currently have 6 paid/satisfied medical judgements on my credit report. I think it is important to note that I am not a 'delinquent' consumer, this particular case was tied up in court for 5.5 years and recently was paid by the insurance company.

Now, I am aware I lost most of my bargaining power to negotiate with the issuers of the judgement since the accounts are all paid...but is there any way I can delete these judgements so they are permenantly removed? I have heard conflicting reports from many people and I am looking for some solid advice.

Thank you in advance.

There are tons of threads on this topic, see if you can do a simple search for judgments. Also make sure you have done the basics like opt out and delete old addresses. Also these is a recent thread on how to remove judgments, see if this helps answer your question.
