Marv or anyone work for Ford

I need to have the Vincent system checked for program # 32154 (super duty owner loyalty) to see if I was shorted a rebate, when I bought on 9-4-06 according to Ford direct on '06 super duty, available apr of 0% PLUS $1000 FMCC customer cash, but the dealer would not honor the cash deal...only the0% apr....called FMCC this AM...they refered me to Ford marketing, who could not give me an answer, but asked if I got the SD loyalty rebate...which I did not...I traded '04 SD for '06 SD and I'm in 98926....thank's!
