I was PIF with TG on 2/7. I still haven't gotten the letter they said was in the mail, so if it doesn't come in tomorrow I'm calling again.

 

I haven't filed my tax return yet because I'm afraid they'll garnish it.

 

Do you think two weeks is long enough for the IRS to have cleared me?

Even if it is garnished via offset if will be redirected to you from TG. From my memory TX does not update the IRS regualarly, if at all. Best thing to do is to wait for the PIF letter and send a copy in with you paper filing. Still no guarantees but it couldnt hurt.
