we have 2002 Expedition truck which we bought at 18% finnancing for 60 months, which is a lot because at the time we had bad credit. The truck is in my name and my husbands name. We ae about to close on a house this month, which is only going to be in my husband's name. We have cleaned his CR up totaly. Mine is still bad(i am working on it). Would we be able to get refinanced at a lower rate now since his credit is great, but mine is not?

it would depend on how much you owed vs the LTV calculations used by the selected lender and your husbands overall creditworthiness as judged by the prospective lender.
