Downloading Discover Cards to Quicken

Since last week, my Discover Direct Connect One Step Update downloads from "Discover Card" have been failing.

Finally got around to de-activating & re-activating OSU.

 

"Discover Card" DC as Financial Institution no longer works.

"Discover Card Account Center" Express Web Connect is the correct new FI.

 

EWC costs less than DC, so a lot of FIs have been ditching DC.

If you have a Business Discover, they just instituted security questions for those accounts.

 

EWC is often one day behind DC, so yesterday I could not set up downloads to my business Discover.

 

Today I was able to do EWC to business Discover.

happened to me as well Bob, had to switch

I hope Discover is just working on the double-downloading problem, and will keep the Direct Connect site.
