I have a Discover Personal Loan showing on all three CRA's for 19,500. its been charged off should I try to validate it or leave it alone? its from 2008. Not sure about the sol, I live in Fl. Also about a week ago I settle with two different CA on a chase acount and Discover. the OC is the only one reporting how can I get that off my credit reports.

not sure. How would i find out if its still with them. the only one reporting in discover.
