If you dispute too many things at once - will they put inquiries back on? I think I got into trouble with TU - everytime I call, they put me through to the fraud department. I get letters from the OC's to give to the CRA's to delete baddies - and i keep getting a ton of them and i think i probably overloaded TU and the others with them that they now don't even accept any of them. They claim they verify with the OC's - however they simply reverify the wrong info - which is why I get a written paper trail in the first place. Yet they say that the letters don't fit their criteria, and that it doesn't look right.

I had more than 50 inquiries - and finally worked them down to 14 recently after a month of *B* - then I just looked at my TC tonight for my daily pull, and saw all 36 previously bumped inqs put back! What the hell happened? Is this cuz I've pissed them off too much?

I don't think they put them back. *B* is a glitch in their system. I think once they are gone they're gone.

Is there any chance you have a split file?

I have a split file on TU, and I'll only see the same INQ on one half or the other. Sometimes it looks like I have zero on one of the halves and they're all on the other. Then there've been times when I see a few on each half. (I've had a split file 3 times now).

Try spacing your disputes out, letting 30-60 days pass in between each dispute so you don't get a 'frivolous' letter. I have had multliple disputes at once going, and it worked in my case, but I'm lucky I didn't get a 'frivolous' letter.

Its possible I have a split file. DW had one on TC - and it wouldn't even pull a report at all. Here, i'm able to pull up my full report, so i presume i don't have one. Unless you can have a split file and it'd look different on TC?
