This was about disputing postive tradelines originally. Did you search that? So, thousands of members are lying but you know better? lol you're a troll. No CRA tacks on additional dispute time for logging in online to see the status of your dispute. Calling, maybe, but not logging in online. And the 4th CRA you refer to is irrevelant and even if it wasn't it doesn't add on dispute time no matter what you do. I am conservative with my disputes and would not risk any contact with one of the four major CRAs during an open dispute. Instead of commenting on the substance of that you clearly posted only to insult me. I hope you feel better; perhaps seek counseling. You weren't too conservative when you were trying to dispute your bankruptcy off. actually I was since I did not have success other than EQ. TU and EX the public record remained for almost 10 years. moreover, most of my IIB tradelines were on the full 7 years. but then you just make chocolate up. That's what happens when you send in your discharge papers to the CRA.

How long would it take for a fraud alert to kick in? In other words when will I know if I am out of the woods? You were never in the woods. I am sure that the numerous people on this and other boards who disputed accounts and wound up with a fraud alert take great comfort in your claim...I guess they just made up their stories just to be contrary to someone who might show up on the boards some months down the road and say it could not happen... Often is the claim, rarely do I see the proof. Just like disputing inquiries......... I understand you may be trying to protect people from themselves but it's usually better to just tell the truth. Instead of babbling crap, you can do a search right here on this site and see what can happen when you dispute inquiries. Proof is here to be found. And I resent your comment about telling the truth. I think if we didn't, we probably wouldn't be here today. We get experts like you all the time saying it can't happen, but it reality, it does. Predictable.
