We wont know until Keybank opens up tomorrow morning and someone speaks to an Elan rep. Someone mentioned that all of Elan's apps required a pg. Remember, not all of Citi's apps are EIN based and most require a pg as well. I saw on Keybanks page that the last card listed at the bottom is a "Mastercard Business Credit Card" which is my opinion sounds like there may still be life in an EIN based cash card. The other 3 they apparently offer look 100% like they may require a pg. We shall see tomorrow folks.......

What application do you have? The new issuer is Elan Financial Services and I didnt even see where you can download the app on their site. You have to call or visit a local branch. The application you may be referring to is issued by citi which appears to no longer be the issuer of the card. I could be wrong, but it doesnt look like it.

It really depends on your credit. Some mainstream companies like b of a dont charge fees as long as your not blacklisted with them and have an active checking account. Others dont rely on your credit but charge high fees as a premium for "taking the risk" on you.

Hi, Seton's minimum order before they report is $250, bummer. And uline wont report to DnB unless you give them your DnB number but it still should report to exp. Alot has changed....
