No they actually wont notify senders of an address change. This is the one good thing about the premium forwarding service. I actually used this service before and the Post office forwarded all my mail to the address I gave them with no problem, even the mail that says forwarding restricted or mail thats restricts to be forwarded to a different address, well you don't have that to worry about because actually with the premium forwarding service the post office will send your mail to you weekly so you will only get your mail once a week not everyday but they(postoffice) actually put your mail in a priority box or envelope depending on how much mail you have for that week and they send it to you personally. Everything for that week all in the box or oversize envelope. Its the best service I ever used. The thing is you have to know how long you want the service because you pay in advance for the weeks you want the service for. But believe me its well worth it. But since you are not filling out a change of address card no one will know your mail is even being forwarded no matter what is sent or how it is sent. I hope I answered your question
