Has anyone successfully paid for deletion with LVNV FUNDING LLC? I have a $600 item that I'd be willing to pay if they'd agreed to delete. Thanks Steve

It's reporting on D&B & Experian - Can't see what is on Equifax I've disputed on D&B about a month ago but it was verified. I created another dispute a week ago. Last week I bought Experian Monitoring through a promo link floating around on this forum. Have not located how to dispute business credit on Experian -

In looking at my Nav account I saw this message You can also request that your non-reporting suppliers add credit bureau reporting to their process. This is a free service the bureaus offer but keep in mind that it does add some work for your suppliers and smaller businesses may not even qualify to report to the bureaus. Download our supplier request template (PDF) to get started. Anyone know what the qualification are? Is reporting actually free, In other words if I call in what will they try and sell me? I have 2 regular customers I do computer work for. 1 is a small construction company and the second is a heat and cooling company. I know for a fact the construction company is trying to establish it's business credit because the owner and I had a conversation about it a couple of weeks ago. Just wonder if I can report our business transactions <<< In other words I'm happy to see this guy calling Thanks

Preparing to go shop for a SUV - We know the make, model and yr we want. I've seen several on Cars.com. I'd like to avoid the dealer pulling our credit. There is no need - If we find something we like, I just need a purchase order. What I remember when I bought my truck, They said it was required to pull credit. Because of patriot act. Suggestions? Thanks Steve

What information is suppose to be reported for a BK? I'm going create a handwritten dispute of a BK on my transunion with every error I can find other then "Not Mines" For example the Federal Court house in my area moved to a new building the credit report still has the old address and phone number. What else should I look for? Thanks Steve

I received a response from Equifax regarding a MOV for a BK. Equifax responded with: "In the case of a public record item such as a bankruptcy, Eq seeks the most recent filing associated with the disputed information. This information is often from a medium (paper records or computer database) prescribed by the source of the information Equifax may use a business vendor to obtain the most recent filing from the public record source." I also received a letter from the court clerk stating they do not provide info to credit reporting agencies. Question: Do I re-dispute using the clerk's letter or do I file a complaint with Consumer protection Agency. Note: The BK is valid, but the address they list as the court house is wrong. The federal court moved to a new building in my city. My Lex report is frozen Thanks Steve
