I had the card for 12 months before it unsecured. Got a $5000.00 CL now. Haven't been able to get CLI since.

I have been reading this board for several months. What is B*? I have devoted the majority of my evenings trying to figure this out? I'm also interested in the hooker question. Thank you.

I've had no problem getting multiple INQs deleted from EX as long as they were within 30 days.

Finally updated this morning since November. Maybe all the FTC complaints.

The clerk told me that I would have to call the lawyer who filed the suit, to get a letter from him to show that I paid the judgment, which I do now have. I received it as a fax. I don't want to send it to EX and have my judgment updated, I would like to be able to remove it as I did with TU and EQ.

The clerks office is who told me that they do not send copies of judgments. Not even if I pay them. It is from Worcester, MA. I know that I can not order it online and I certainly can't go there anytime soon as I'm living in TX (military). Is it possible that MA has different laws about this or was that clerk just a b*@$#? She was very rude.

I called the courthouse in MA that has my judgment on file and they will not send me a copy. EX has verified my dispute, but the information truly is wrong. This judgment from 04' has been paid but is reporting as N/A. I do not want to state that "I have certified documentation from the Court that supports my dispute of this erroneous entry on my report" when I really do not. Are there any steps I can take without this proof to get this judgment deleted?

I am also in Texas and just got the WaMu Mastercard (Mostly for the PFICO). This is the only card available on their site and it is giving me my score from EX. What other cards are there that might provide my TU score? Or do they never provide both?

I just called. The rep was very friendly but could only give me a $300.00 CLI for a total of $1800.00. She knew that my cap1 was used to re-establish credit. When she asked why do I not use the card for everyday purchases, I told her that I now have several $20,000.00 cards to use instead (Thanks to this board). Oh well. I still won't be using it any time soon.

I have also been told that it is policy to remove duplicate hard pulls, as long as they are within 30 days of each other. I had several removed with no issue from Experian.
