  1. It does not show date of first delinquency on the TransUnion report but it shows date of last payment 12/03/2008. Equifax does show DOFD as 01/2009 and Experian had the same but Experian deleted this account 3 years ago after initial dispute
  2. Yes about 8 of them from 04/12 thru 12/14. I included the most recent one with my dispute and circled the 02/15
  3. Did not get any notification. The only reason I know what happened is from checking daily pulls. Also they have now changed the date to fall of to Dec.2015
  4. Thanks! I'll search the forums and see what I find.
  5. I have a collection account from Nissan-Infiniti (repo deficienncy). Ever since I started tracking my credit in 2012 my Trans union reports say this account will drop off in Feb.2015. On Feb. 18th I sent a dispute letter to TransUnion listing the Nissan account as Obsolete and disputed two other accounts. All three accounts were deleted. The Nissan account was reinserted after 3 days. On March 1st TransUnion sent a response to my dispute reflecting only the two other accounts (nothing about Nissan). Today I called TransUnion and asked to speak to a supervisor who tells me that I have not disputed that account since 2012 and that it was not removed at any time. I have my daily reports from USAA that show when it went away and when it came back. He offered to dispute the account. I asked him not to dispute it. Told him I will find out what my legal options are and contact them in writing. If anyone has any suggestions on what I should do next please help.
  6. DOFD does not show it says Date Opened: 08/2013 Reported Since: 09/2013 Date of Status: 09/2013 Status shows collection account. $174 past due as of Sep 2013 Recent Balance: $1,014 as of 09/2013 (They are trying to collect $1,014) I am in Florida / not sure what the SOL is
  7. Hi everyone, I need help with a situation. An old account (closed in 2006/2007) with Comcast showed up on my reports (all three) as a collection about a year ago. It is being reported by Stellar Recovery. They are reporting that the account was closed in 2013. I disputed this directly with Stellar last week (CM/RR). Today I receive a dunning letter that states "unless you notify this office within 30 days after receipt of this notice that you dispute the validity of this debt" so on and so forth. This is the first time I have been contacted by Stellar. Do I need to notify them that I am disputing a second time? They have already noted "disputed" on my reports. Thanks in advance for your feedback!
  8. Hi Everyone, I am a little confused by this situation. In May 2012 I opened a secured card with Navy Federal ($500). I have increased the limit 3 times in the past (now $2000). Yesterday I went to a branch and asked to increase to $10,000. My new limit shows $10,000 since yesterday but there is not a hold on the additional $8000 nor did they release the hold on the original $2000. I have never heard of a partially secured card from them. The card still says secured. Has anyone ever experienced this?
  9. LOL! Thanks for the correction. I am still in the process of learning English. I just new I had the right one.
  10. Thanks for your response guys. I am in Florida. I think it's 4 here.
  11. Hi everyone! I'm not sure if the SOL is from date of first delinquency or from date of repo. Can I pls get a little help from anyone who knows.
  12. I was approved for an auto loan with Navy in December. I picked up a blank check which was good up to $20,000. Found great deal on a car on December 24th. Total came out to 18,997. Paid $2000 cash and wrote the check for $16,997. 2 weeks after I bought the car Navy calls me to see if I needed help finding a car. I explained I already bought one and have been waiting for the loan to show up on my account. The guy says congrats great to hear you found a car. He said "sometimes it takes a couple of weeks for dealer to deposit the check but should show up soon". He also said "I assure that your loan is ok we have a loan number for you and everything." The check said not valid past 60 days. So what happens if NAVY doesn't get the check within the 60 days?
  13. Thank you so much for the help.
