  1. I'm going for a USDA mortgage.....just in the beginning process.....I have 2 options. M & T bank, where I have my accounts, Or ColeTaylorMortgage. I've read a bunch of very positive reviews of ColeTaylor.....none about M & T. I know the ColeTaylor loan officer and am compfortable with him....just hoping to get confirmation for what my gut is telling me. I'm in Erie county NY if that helps in any way
  2. I have creditinform free with my secured CC. It's handy in that it has a bar graph showing each month, so you can compare your core visually. It is NOT worth paying for though. LOL. I'm just glad I'm getting it free. My score went from 646 in March up to 729 in July! Just wish I knew how this Fako compares to my Experian FICo It went up 83 points in 5 months....after lots of work. It says I have a Good credit score!! Weeeeee
  3. CC says I entered an incorrect answer so I have to try again in like 5 days or something Wrong answer?? Ummm, no....but whatever....I'll try it again in a week or so. Sounds like an interesting site....I'd like to get in
  4. +5 to 685. Wish I knew how it compared to real ex FICO.....if there is any predictable correlation between the two.
  5. Hmmm......just tried it today....says it's not applicable with this order......wanted to get my equifax. Poop!
  6. Mine dropped 5 points to 654. Wish I knew what my Experian Fico score was. Ck is 631
  7. I'm wondering the same thing. Double ditto!

    Hiya

Just wanted to say Hi! Been lurking, asked a question like a month ago All I did was get a secured credit card, get a few minor collections off of my report and my equifax Fico went from 565 to 635.
  9. Yup, No go On PRES2012FSTUEX. I'll wait for an updated one
  10. Well, so far TU Has dropped one of the trade lines......waiting for responses from EQ and Ex.....soooooo....got my own answer to the initial question
  11. Hmmm.....no ideas?
  12. Hi all..been reading and learning A LOT. But still have a questions I noticed in my credit report that the US Department of Ed has the: * same exact loan amount, *date opened, * last reported date, * late day, but listed twice. Listed with two different account #'s but all else IDENTICAL....one acct # is a portion of my SS# (5 numbers of it) the other account # is 11 numbers long. Is this something I should report to the credit bureaus to have fixed?
