I have been doing ALOT of research lately and I can't seem to find what I am looking for. I was recently deployed and I was told we were going to have access to computers when we got in country and we didn't. Well I got many lates on my credit report during this time. I really don't think this is my fault! What can I do or does this violate my rights? I have read everyone posts about everything from top to bottom on this subject and I'm wondering if anyone has had any success? Most of the topics start, but then nobody gives updates to if it worked or not.

This maybe already answered but I was wondering if I got a credit card while on active duty status does my SCRA benefits still apply. I have 4 credit cards and 3 of 4 honored the SCRA, but 1 of them just sent me a letter stating that since the card was opened while on active duty status the SCRA benefits don't apply. Can they do this or do I have a legit complaint?

Don't be fooled by these guys my EX wife did the same thing they are very very shady. They change your payment dates and if you don't pay attention they will charge u interest at different rates. I
