most like to see 20k a month for term loans but to borrow off cash flow there are some that do 10k but its a daily withdrawal and can be hard on people. Try term loans first if possible.

Maybe contact a company that sells companies due to many reasons and pick up one that you keep a person or two from the old one and use them as a manager / key employee til you are ready to merge in but you would need to purchase the company if someone is trying to get out you might find one for 100k or less and you should be looking at borrowing personally any money you need since you won't have the 1 to 2 years of ownership under your belt.

There are loans that let you buy inventory and when they are sold you pay it off and they give you the title some of the requirements are 1 year in business and also revenue of as little as 12500 per month and be able to prove it to the bank. Credit not a huge factor.

Depends the state you are in and how they do foreclosures ie judicial ? For example some are 6 weeks of publication then sheriffs sale but still have a redemption period of 6 months It varies by state.

There is a loan available if you fit the requirement of 500 fico and 1 year in business they make sure you have 15k in deposits or more and at least 5 deposits and a commercial location. Had to supply a lease for proof.They will loan you 125% of average of 6 months of deposits its pretty good for not so great credit.

Found a place that can do immediate cash well about 3-4 days. But they don't use your credit and they will post your payment history on your repayment on to the bureaus . The give out 500-2500 but if in a pinch it helps
