    I sent in my bankruptcy papers to Chex (faxed) I called a few days ago and they tell me the negative information was deleted. Well tried to open a Personal checking account today and denied because of Chex.. WTH? why are they still reporting negative when they said it was deleted?

    Does anyone know where I can get a business checking account in SoCal my zip is 91730. I just got cleared of Chex systems today due to filing BK but I'm probably on EWS . I already had BOA and Chase bus checking and got reported for overdraft.

    I would like to try this. My question is how would IIB charge offs be reported once the BK is gone from the file? And how would i dispute them when the bk is gone? As not mine?
