Sallie mae incorrect reporting on EXP

I have two sallie mae student loans.. one for $1,978 and another for $1,500. They are both reporting correctly on Equifax and Transunion. However, experian has been showing the $1,500 account has closed. It states "Transferred/Never late. Deferred, payment date unknown" with a last reported date of 1/2003. How can I get them to report the account as open on Experian. Would it be safe to dispute with the Experian? Or do you guys have a fax number or someone I can contact at sallie Mae? Thanks!
