CAs/JDBs listing on credit report

I've got a few collections on credit report that I've already disputed with just a general "not mine". A couple dropped off, but some remain and they updated with additional information.

 

It's LVNV and Midland.

 

I need someone to help please.

 

They are listing date open, which I'm assuming is the date they got the account which would probably be correct.

 

They list High Credit (which is somewhere around the charge-off amount from OC)

 

But then they show Balance Amount more than the high credit (isn't this to purposely hurt score?)

 

They also show Amount Past Due, which is the same they list as Balance Amount (more than what High Credit says).

 

They also list Date of first delinquency (which would be correct with OC but NOT JDB)

 

They list Date Major Del. 1st Reported about 2 months or so after date opened. (Doesn't this make it look like I defaulted on an account with THEM right off the bat?)

 

THEN, after dispute they updated with pretty much same info BUT they added to some of the fields that were previously left blank.

 

Actual Payment Amount $0

Scheduled Payment Amount $0

Charge Off Amount $0

Balloon Pay Amount $0

 

And put in account history status code current date G for collection account.

 

They did put Consumer Disputes - Reinvestigation in Progress

Never simply dispute as "not mine" unless it really isn't yours.
