I have a consolidated student loan (spouse and I) through the US Dept. of Education. Last year, we ran into some difficulties and we were able to forbear for 6 months.

 

However, we have some late pays showing on our account (30, 60, 90, 120) from last year. Has anyone had any luck in getting these removed? How would I go about it?
