Fighting/Disputing iib's Different approach then Link found

I am wanting to clean up some more of my iib's on all 3-reports...I took a break for awhile after letting someone else do it for awhile, but after reading the link here on "cleaning up iib's", im not to keen on the idea that there is a trend that OC's wanting to remove bk status and change to a "charged off" status when disputing as "not mine".

 

I have approx 6-credit card & 3-medical accounts, all iib's that I would like to work on across all 3-reports

 

Is there a less "risky" way of disputing these iib's, and if there is a link to that please furnish here as I may have missed it.

I'm not a fan of disputing things as not mine. I'm sticking with more of a jack attack method (dispute each individual detail that is inaccurate). Every one of my IIB items has at least 1 piece that is incorrect so that's what I've been working on. It's been a bit hit or miss, but I share your same reservations about the "other" method.
