Here's the scoop: I have FAKO(s): EX 726 EQ 667 TU 726.; (1) paid collection (from 2005, paid 1/12) on EX; clear CR on both EX, TU; (1) First Prem. card - 4 mo. excellent payment history, 2% util.; Total of

 

(6) INQ's - (2) EX, (0) EQ, and (4) TU

 

Wanting to apply for new credit. Have bank accounts w/Chase and USAA. Have eyes on Chase Freedom. Should I apply? Any suggestions? I am a newbie here:mellow:

EQ is the one and only derog (1 pd collection) that I have. Still think I should be ok?

No, sorry, I read your post a couple of times, and did not see any baddies on EQ. If you want to get rid of the paid collection, would you consider disputing it? You can use the Jack Attack letterhere, or CYA In the sample letter section.

I'm guessing that is a typo, and the paid collection is only on EQ not EX?

Definitely, my bad. I meant EQ. That is, I have only have a singel derog - (1) paid collection on EQ. EX and TU are totally clear. Just got the only other derog I had removed - (1) paid CO...Sorry for the typo:mellow:
