Changing Ownership of a Corparotion for credit?

Hello,

I have a 5 year old C-Corp, 7 trade lines, 80 paydex. My personal credit is garbage. My question is can I change the ownership name or sell the corp to a person with great personal credit to get a business line of credit, I would like to use the PG to get a high credit line, thus the reason for the name change. Will the bank be able to tell or care that the ownership change just happened.

I am looking for a $150K line of credit, no doc, PG, anybody have recommendations on banks?

You dont have to change ownership or sell the corp you can just add them on as a VP or some thing like that.

 

But in terms of getting a no doc $150,000 line of credit that may be pretty tough these days even with perfect credit.

They would need perfect credit and very high income and the bank would want to see comnpany fin.
