Elan/Key Bank Authorize User's

Hello everyone. Its been a while since I been on here......

 

I want to know if anyone had any issues with Elan as far as being an authorize user. Now that Key Bank has switched over to Elan, my company do not have an authorize user on the account. So somehow I just have an account under the business name with no person attached to it. I thought this was the wierdest thing?!?!? The only way I can add myself to the account is by filling out a form with my ss#. Of course I didnt want to do that since I got the card using the tax id# only. But I filled out the form anyway and was declined. So now I dont know how to get my name on MY business as an authorize user. I dont know if can call Key Bank and ask them to put my name on the account as an authorize user or not. And suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks for your time!

For what purpose do you want your name on it for?

Well you need your name on the account to do certain things. Like if I want to do a balance transfer(over the phone), I can't do it because there is no name on it. But I see that I can go online and do the balance transfer myself.....so I guess I really dont need my name on it. And depending on some merchant's credit card terminal, they may need to know who owns the card.
