Received dunning and no reply

I received a dunning letter from a medical account on 10/6. Sent the medical DV letter on 10/15 CMRR signed for on 10/20, no response from them now Today I pull reports and they placed the collection on EX and TU dated 9/1 EX and 9/28 TU.

Should I just dispute with the 1st. medical letter and copies of the CMRR green card and letter?

Should I dispute with the follow up letter to the CRA?

The posting date for EX and TU are 11/19 but when I pulled them on CCT the are dated for ones listed above
