Sold the note on the short sale

So since March I have been waiting on a answer for a short sell property. The owner agreeded but I'm still waiting on the bank. The loan started off with country wide then bank of America and now it's with McCue Mortage in ( CT) I knew short sales could take long but I'm so frustrated at this point it's not even funny. I have looked at over 30 other properties but only one other I made a bid on, which was accpeted but FHA does not give loans to condos that have law suits pending. Apparently this new bank is better dealing at short sales because it's a smaller family owned type of mortage place big in the new england area. I guess I just came here to vent. I guess everything happens for a reason right?
