I was 90 days late in 9/99. I've made a total of approx. 12 payments since then, the rest of the time they were in either defferment or forbearance. They are still currenlty in forbearance. If I write them a good will letter, what are my chances of having the lates removed? Does anyone know?

Only EX is reporting them as a neg right now. I'm thinking of disputing as never late with the disclaimer of DO NOT DELETE THIS ENTRY, FOR UPDATE PURPOSES ONLY or some such.

 

It's my oldest TL, even if it's negative. Stupid "was 120 days late" garbage.
