Loan mod with wells fargo ...sending someone to my home

Just wondering if anyone has heard of this.... I received a letter yesterday in the mail stating that a representative from Titanium Solutions will be coming by my home to help me fill out my modification pkg. Not to concerned if some one knocks on my door! STRANGE

I had not sent in my pkg .....waiting on my 1st pay stub to send with the pkg. ( Have till Nov 1st to send in). Has any had this happen to them?

 

Also, When I spoke with a Wells representative on the phone she told me that "I was preapproved for the mod" She said she was not suppose to tell me this, but she would want to know if she were in my shoes. Has anyone been told this? I would love to know that this means that I can count on this without jumping through all the hoops.
