Consildate Federal and Private?

Is it possible to consolidate a private always paid on time student loan with a federal student loan never paid? The federal loan is out of Chase Bank's hands and out of Sallie Mae's hands and in the hands of Nation Student Loan Program (a collection agency?)

 

The total left on the private loan is around $5k and the stafford is around $4k.

You cannot include a private loan with a federal consolidation. You would have to go outside the student loan industry and get a private consumer loan which is next to impossible in this economy.
