Still Receiving Mortgage Bills but It Shows no Late Fees

Hey,

I noticed that we are still receiving our mortgage paper bill but it does not show any late balances or late fees due. We gave up the house in our BK filing in December 08 and stopped paying the mortgage in Dec 08 as well. We are not yet discharged. We have a first with country wide and a second with Suntrust Bank. Suntrust does not send us any bills for the second mortgage at all but Country wide still has been sending us our monthly bill for the mortgage. In the bill it shows how much we need to pay and also states if payment is not received by this due date that then a late will be charged we would have to pay a different amount. This is typical of our normal mortgage bill stuff but then a new month comes and another bill is sent to us showing the same payment due amount and saying the same thing as the previous month with no added late fee assessment. I guess I am just trying to figure out if this means anything at all.

 

Right now we are still in BK so we have not received any correspondences from countrywide regarding foreclosure, but they just keep sending us monthly mortgage bills.
