Rehab Questions

My rehab is for two loans. The collection agency that is handling my rehab is Conserve and they do not appear anywhere on my report.

 

On TU, I have 3 TL's associated with the loans. One is Direct Loans and the other 2 are with the US Department of Education.

 

On EX, only 1 TL is reporting and it's listed as US Department of Education.

 

On EQ there are 3 TL... 2 TL are listed as DOE AFSA and the other is listed as DOE.

 

Why is the reporting different on each credit report?

 

Is Direct Loan the lender and DOE the guarantor?

 

How do I figure out which TL will start reporting as "Paid As Agreed" once I am finished rehabbing?

 

I am trying to figure out how the rehab will help my credit reports once my loan has been turned back over to Direct Loans.

 

FYI

 

My 9th rehab payment will be debited on 12/29. I am hoping that my loan will be funded shortly after that so that I won't have to make a 10th payment.

I also just got an alert that 2 NEW DOE collections were just put on my TU report.

 

So this means I now have 4 DOE TLs reporting on TU and 1 Direct Loans TL. What in the world is going on?

 

I have worked so hard to clean up my reports and now this.
