Are there any companies that work with students who have low credit scores? I need a boost this semester, and will be able to subsist on the normal financial aid available next semester and on. Due to medical bills my credit sucks. Any suggestions?

Your best bet for private loans would be to talk to your financial aid department. Often times, schools have a deal with specific lenders. The rate may not be great and it certainly won't be subsidized, but it's an option.

Other than that route, you only other option will be finding a cosigner.
