Modification with Countrywide

Just curious if anyone had any luck with modification. We had put in a request for one. We are 2 months behind. Right now our arm is at 10.25%. Called and spoke to rep. She stated all the could do is give us a rate of 9.9% till 2014 and add the 2 months behind to the end of out loan. She said as of January 1st our interest rate was going to be 12.74% without the modification. We haven't received the paperwork yet that spells everything out.
