Two New Cars in One Week!

I was all set to pick up a Lincoln MKZ, and the dealer told me it would be in this past Tuesday. My DH called the dealer today, and the sales manager told him, "I don't drive the truck, I don't know when the car is coming!" Well, needless to say, that made me ANGRY! So angry in fact, that I decided to go look at Infiniti's.

 

I called the Infiniti dealer and told them I was coming down to look at the car. They were very busy, but the sales manager decided to help me out. I saw the G35x Sport, and fell in love.

 

1 hour later, I signed a 2 year lease for the car! I will love to drive it the Lincoln Dealer on Monday. Just to show the salesman!

why would you show the salesman? he doesnt drive the truck either. show the sales manager who mouthed off to you.

My husband drove his Mustang up to the dealership where he was originally looking at a Mustang there, just to show them he was serious about buying a car that day. He was treated like poo over at that dealership.

I wanted a Nissan Maxima, and I knew what I wanted to pay. I went to my local stealership, and they said the car "just came in" and the price was a "mistake" they would fix after I left. Their website showed it from months prior with a lower price. Two strikes. Then they wanted to charge me $3k over what I wanted to pay for a loaded Maxima SE for a base SE (no leather, no bose, etc). He then tried to pressure me into a base Sentra. I said no thanks, and the salesman said there was "no way" I would find a Maxima for what I wanted to pay.

 

The next week I had them put the new tires on the Maxima I bought private party for $1k under what I wanted to pay.

They pulled TU, Fico is 722, I put 3K down and also received a $500 incentive, $511.58 payment, 24 month 15K lease. Sticker price was 40,825, negotiated to 38,907, less the $500 incentive.
