I sent the pre hipaa medical dispute letter to TU and EX. TU sent a letter back with it's "General Policy" and "Verification Documents not Available." I can type it all up, but I'm assuming it's a standard letter. Basically, they won't give me the information I requested and I should contact the creditor directly.

Can they do this?
