I went to school in Pennsylvania from 2002-2006 and took out federal loans and now I am in school in North Carolina where I also took out federal loans. I have never consolidated.

 

Can I use CFI (NC) to consolidate my AES Keystone Penn. loans with CFI (NC) loans?
