I've opted out.

address deletion is not necessary (it occurred when I was living at current address)

2 hospital bills are from 10/2002 - $236 on all CRAs. $871 listed on 1 Cra

I don't know if the Sol is for Illinois has expired. (2002)

I received a letter from NCO dated November 8th (bills are on my report but NCO change the date to 2007!

I cut and pasted my original information

I am a newbie and have read a lot on the boards, I have had sucess with student loans and now on to Medical.

In October 2002, I hurt my back and went to the hospital. i have two bills one from the hospital $871 and one from an xray place $236. I wasn't working and did not have insurance.

I have been notified several times by ca but have ingnored them. NCO was the last to notify $236. bill. I received two letters this year but they did not have a date on the letter. I just received a letter from NC0-Medclear dated November 8

They have changed the dates and are reporting on the CRA as

experian

acount status closed

date opend March, 2007

Balance date Nov 3, 2007.

equifax

first major deliquency -6/2007

but it also lists last activity as 10/2002

Transunion

same as above

for some reason the hospital bill $871 is only listed on the Experian report as date opened 5/2003 which is still wrong because this happend in 2002.

I'm not sure if the S0L is for Illinois has expired

and what steps should I take to get this off.

My question are do I dispute with the CRA first?

How do I find out what the Sol for illinois - medical accounts?

When and what do I send NCO (they must receive by 12/8)
