J.C. Christensen and Associates question

I just received a collection notice from them, Ashley Funding (one of LVNVs company's) is listed as the "current creditor" for an alleged hospital bill. I have my DV letter already printed and just wanted to know if anybody here has dealt with them.

 

I have a current copy of my TU and EX and neither company is reporting or pulling.

 

I belive i've disputed this debt with A.I.T (gotta go through my papers to be sure) about three years ago and somewhat certain it's past SOL or close enough.

Follow up:

 

I just checked their NYC DCA license number they listed on the dunning letter and it's bogus. Zero results for the number and the company. Could this qualify as mail fraud in addition to any other violations. I'm ready to complain to the DCA before I get a response to the DV.
