5 Student Loans Paid off, EX showing lates----

EX today showed 4 sallie mae's paid off with 05 lates in my potentially negative items

 

Also showed 1 US dept of ed with 06 lates paid off listed in my accounts in good standing

 

Is this descrepancy valid enough for me to notify EX to get the other 4 put in good standing

So you never paid late and all deferments/forebearances were submitted on time??

 

The fact that SM is paid off would not remove valid lates or the final status that it is reporting.
