Small med collection not yet showing up

Hey all, i have a small medical collection that i've gotten a letter from a CA about from about two years ago . I haven't DVed but the amount and item mentioned do seem to be something that was simply overlooked when i had a surgery, it's the only outstanding med bill i have that i know of (and i've got no other medical collections on my reports).

 

They mailed a settlement for half of the original amount (I believe $120 on a $240 bill) but it hasn't yet shown up on any of my credit reports. I can pay it but don't want it to go on my report, what's the best way to approach this as it's not yet reporting? thanks.
