Windham Professionals - State they never got the rehab agreement

Can Windham Professionals "drop" my husband from the rehab program because they say they never received the rehab agreement - even though I have a fax confirmation that says they received it? We have made 2 payments so far.

 

Are they allowed to do this? I thought as long as you make 9 consecutive payments that counts, with agreement or without.

No. No agreement is 100% necessary until after the 9 payments is made. Tell them to blow it and if they don't like it, tell them you will contact the Ombudsman for being so unreasonable.

Thanks Lynn. I called them on behalf of my husband and actually spoke with someone who knew what they were talking about. They said I was correct, and the information relayed to my husband that he would be "dropped" is incorrect. She also reviewed his file and found that his agreement WAS received and called to appologize.
