It is not working.

 

USA Loans (student loan rehab) is telling me they don't mail out letters that loan has been cleared , only fax.... wtf...........

 

I have a copy of the letter that I am going to mail to EQ, but knowing EQ they are not going to do anything about it if I send it ..

Give them a fax number that you have access to.

 

Forward the information to Experian once you receive the fax.

Good idea. Funny thing is on my prior call, they emailed me the letter, so I have it.

I had sent a dispute letter to EQ, expecing said letter would be forwarded to them and it would come off my cra, but it didn't happen; almost 30 days ago ...That is the ONE major issue qith EQ. I am confident the score has to easily go up once this comes off; it would subtract $50K off open balance, so utlilization is obviously being affected.
