perfect history now ruined

Have a perfect almost perfect credit file (thanks cb) well a 60 day late just apperaed on my reports. Loan was 0 amount due to because of income for the last 24 months then a late pay... I tried calling them and they asked for a copy of my credit report, which i sent that has no lates on it and they denied me they wont remove the the late... Its my fault should of known is the reason bills are sent as a courtesy but are not required... Help any one ( its a federal loan)

Welcome to the boat many of us are in. Unfortunately they are required by law to correctly report these debt. Wait 6mos-12mos and it won't effect you as much. Otherwise you need to wait it out (7yrs).

Their has to be something that can be done scores were all over 700.. Dont even want to see what it did to them. Just pulling true credit and suprise !!!!!! I need some option not the 7 year option, worked to hard to get here and then with no notice other than true credit Iam behing !!!!

There is NO other option. You will just have to wait it out.
