I'm trying to get a medical account deleted from my file. It's my daughter's medical account, paid by my ex using bad checks. Am I still responsible for this debt?

 

The medical insurance was provided by employer at the time, which was linked to my social security number.

 

Anyone have advice for me? Should I send out a pre-Hippa letter?

 

Also, if I delete old addresses tied to this TL, I'll also risk getting positive TL removed, no?
